Dr. John Mulholland has double board certification by the American Board of Dermatology as a dermatologist and as a dermatopathologist. Subspecialty certification in dermatopathology is a joint and equal function of the American Board of Dermatology (ABD) and the American Board of Pathology (ABP).

Dr. Mulholland is a graduate of The Haverford School and Bucknell University. He completed his medical degree at Jefferson Medical College and his dermatology residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. He completed his fellowship studies in dermatopathology at The University of California, Irvine.

Dr. Mulholland is a specialist in dermoscopy and the early detection of skin cancer. Dr. Mulholland’s clinical and dermatopathology expertise are great assets to our practice. He was born at The Bryn Mawr Hospital and he is a resident of Malvern.

Special interests include skin cancer surgery, dermatopathology, dermoscopy, and digital photography.

Dr. Mulholland is board-certified by the American Board of Dermatology.
